An Oct 1 report in the Sydney Morning Herald, takes Jetstar Asia to task for some pretty dubious inclusions in their Jet Set Go! promotions (which, to be fair, are undertaken in conjunction with Octopus Travel). It notes one of its destinations, Ko Chang, “is only 330km east of Bangkok”, a mere four hours by road plus another 30 to 45 minutes by boat — surely they could mention that it is possible to fly to Trat for Ko Chang…Though perhaps unlike many other airlines in the world, Jetstar Asia actually prefers to put passengers on coaches.
