The New Straits Times reports that AirAsia passengers with confirmed seats to Bali, until Oct 16, can postpone or make changes to their travel plans with no additional penalties imposed. The passengers are also allowed to change destinations but they would have to pay a fare difference if fare to the new destination is higher. No penalty would be imposed. Those wanting to change can call AirAsia’s call centre.
