Philippines OKs Tiger Air’s Macau-Manila Route

Tiger Airways

Dow Jones reports Tiger Airways said Friday it has received approval from the Philippines govt for its Macau-Manila flights. The approval means Tiger’s flights can commence Sunday as orignally scheduled. In a separate statement, Tiger said it is ready to use the low cost terminal at Kuala Lumpur International Airport if given approval from the respective authorities to fly the Singapore-KL route. Tiger has been lobbying to fly the route as part of its efforts to widen its network.
