2,000,000 free seats
To celebrate its 4th birthday, AirAsia is giving away 2,000,000 seats. All destinations AirAsia fly to are included in the deal. While the “ticket” is free, you will be expected to pay taxes and fees and the normal restrictive ticketing practises are in force. Apparently your best chance for a freebie is for widweek departures and arrivals. The booking period is from 7 to 28 December, 2005 for travel between 7 February and 10 October 2006. There have been some reports of difficulty in making a booking due to demand, but it sounds like it may be worth perserviering with.
