The International Herald Tribune reports that Tiger is looking at opening up to four regional bases over the next two to three years, with the first in the Philippines — no word yet on where the others would be, but you’d expect Bangkok, KL and perhaps Jakarta or Ho Chi Minh City to be on the dream shortlist.
