Tiger looks to Adelaide?
The Adelaide Advertiser reports that Tiger Airways will be meeting with Adelaide airport authorities to discuss flights to Adelaide and perhaps even Tiger setting up a base there. Certainly an unusual choice as a hub given the volume of traffic is on Australia’s east coast and this story in The Age has Tiger talking to Melbourne officials about the same thing, and this ABC story has them in Darwin — so very early days yet.
