Bloomberg reports that Nok Air has delayed a plan for an IPO to expand its fleet. The company may sell shares to the public in 2009, CEO Patee Sarasin said Friday. The airline wants to build its fleet up to 20 planes before holding an IPO, he added. “India is our growth market,” Patee said. Flights to Chennai will begin this year, followed by Hyderabad and New Delhi next year. The carrier also plans to start flying to Hanoi this year and to Macao next year.
