Nok Air to suspend flights to Bangalore

The Economic Times says Nok Air is suspending its operations to Bangalore. The airline is withdrawing its operations on the Bangalore-Bangkok route this month with its last flight operating on November 23, 2007. Nok Air started operations in India by launching daily Bangalore-Bangkok flight in June 2007 and it was the first international destination for Nok Air. This is the second LCC flying from South East Asia that will suspend flights to Bangalore. Early this year, JetStar withdrew its five flights per week service on the Bangalore-Singapore sector citing low passenger load factor.
